Ø  Faraday's law : changes in the magnetic field (magnetic flux) at a conducting loop may cause EMF induction so that the resulting electric field.
v  Maxwell hypothesis: due to the change of the magnetic field can induce an electric field, the electric field changes can give rise to a magnetic field.
